Do crawl out of bed with muscles and joints achy and painful; stiff neck that hurts when you turn your head?  What is your morning routine to limber up the body and get the energy stirring?  Or do you even have a body-warm up morning routine?

This video from David Dorian Ross is a GREAT place to start.  It is easy enough for anyone, anywhere to do with no previous training necessary.  It is bound to get the chi energy stirring, and within minutes you will feel stretched, awake, and clear-minded.

Now this is my personal testimonial and I am a coffee drinker so I am not giving you hype!  I still enjoy my coffee after this routine, but there is a definite feeling of energy and clarity that comes from this routine that we don’t get just by sipping the morning brew.  These gentle yet stimulating movements start to open the circulation as well as allow the energy Chi to flow unencumbered.
