Tai Chi Easy

Have you been thinking about learning Tai Chi but not sure you want to commit to years of study? Or perhaps your goal is to reap the health benefits of Tai Chi but you haven’t the time or desire to undertake an in-depth study and practice? Or finally, perhaps you want a “taste” of Tai Chi to see if this is a practice you want to explore deeper?

If you fall into any of the above categories, you may be happy to hear about a form taught by Dr. Roger Jahnke called “Tai Chi Easy”. Now with the new year days away, what better time to keep your promise to yourself to make some healthy lifestyle changes by finding a local Tai Chi Easy class and check it out for yourself?

In this video Michael Clark and a couple others discuss what Tai Chi Easy is, how it differs from other Tai Chi forms, and which populations benefit most from starting the practice. I think it is a good adjunct to last week’s discussion about the Tai Chi Easy form.

So here in this short 7 min video you will learn the core concepts of what Tai Chi Easy is all about, and perhaps decide to pursue learning this form to gain the benefits. Format of this YouTube video has resulted in a smaller sized video frame in some browsers, but it does not take away from the content or message.

If you would like to help me calm and heal a stressed-out world, while teaching the next generation skills that will help build their mind, body & soul for life, then please consider sharing these blog posts and let’s make the play of Tai Chi (taiji) and Qigong as common as Soccer!
