Tai Chi for Beginners

For those of us who are focusing on tai chi for beginners, or more specifically the Simplified 24 form step – by – step, it is nice to have a full-length one to use along side it.  For instance, if you are not working on learning a new step but want to practice what you have learned so far, you need a full length video to use as a model.   This video put together by Kung Fu Magazine  with Sifu Zou Yunjian is an excellent video for that purpose.

Watch as Sifu Zou Yunjian demonstrates the Tai Chi Simplified 24 form while its official melody plays in the background.

Personally I would like the camera to be slightly closer but that is not a deal breaker – this is still a great video to practice along with:
