Push Hands Lesson 10

 

Today is lesson 10 in our  Push Hands series, featuring Ian Sinclair’s training.  We have been watching Ian’s series because he is thorough, talented, easy to understand  and even fun to watch.   Today’s “Inner Elbow Spiraling and Rolling Method”, which builds on lesson 9, looks a bit more complicated at first, but at the end  it all gets put together seamlessly.
