Tai Chi Pushing Hands

Today’s Tai Chi Pushing Hands  (Tuishou) lesson is a refinement of the 4- Hands exercise we learned the other day in lesson 6.  Here, Ian shows us how to correct and neutralize movements within the exercise, all the while concentrating on the 4 energies we are using.  An emphasis on neutralizing and correcting common mistakes made is also today’s focus.
