Wu Style Tai Chi

When looking for an expert who could show us a good example of the Wu Style Tai Chi, I found this video with Master Jesse Tsao.  Here we can take a closer look at the style and we get a cut-away with a focus lesson which I always like.  When looking for a good video, I found this one that I really like.  Posted by taichitsao, it is a video with Master Jesse Tsao demonstrating the Wu Long Form.

We see at first a seaside demonstration of the form.  Then about 3 minutes into the video, he breaks away and does a focus lesson breaking down several moves and explaining their proper application.   He wraps it up by changing the camera perspective and showing us the final third of the video as a back view!

Great learning video – From all us beginners as well as higher skilled in Tai Chi,  Thank you Master Jesse Tsao.

An excerpt from his video states:

“Master Tsao teaches the original Wu Style, from the Beijing area, also known as the Northern (Bei) Wu. He teaches step-by-step with full front and back view demonstrations. For higher-quality downloads and more videos, please see www.taichihealthways.com.”
