Liu Jingquan and Zhao Bao Style

WOW!   Did you see how low Liu Jingquan performs this form?  And effortlessly!

Tai Chi is SO wonderful for improving flexibility no matter what age you are, and when searching for a video that demonstrates this fact I came across one performed by Liu Jingquan .  As I watched it, I am amazed at his strength and flexibility; not only does he do a ‘snake creeps’ but he continues to perform much of his form with very deep and wide movements.  I couldn’t wait to share this with you.

I think we all appreciate watching how each person adds his/her own personality to a form, or as some say, “Their Tai Chi Play”;  Liu Jingquan  adds that here.  Seamless transitions, executes effortlessly, and makes the difficult look easy.
